Who we are
Next Round Communications is a strategic collaboration of three businesses:
Metanoia Training & Coaching, FluentForward Translations and Coolant Productions.
We are based in the Netherlands and California (Fresno and Los Angeles). We are happy to meet in person if possible, but our consultations and services are also available via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime and other means of communication. We’ll make it happen no matter where you are!
Our collaborative approach means that we are faster and more flexible than large agencies with employees who may or may not be a good fit for your project, layers of project management that slow things down, and overhead costs that get passed on to you. We use a network of trusted colleagues for a “just in time” approach: we talk to you, we figure out what you need, and we get it done.

Marja Krans - Metanoia Coaching & Training
35 years of experience as a corporate trainer and coach in areas such as professional identity and performance, team role, team dynamics, strategic thinking, leadership development and more. I train Dutch corporate clients throughout the Netherlands, and I offer online sessions for international clients.
Jesse Brotnov - Coolant Productions
10 years of experience behind the camera on projects ranging from music videos to Super Bowl commercials. I’ve built up a wide network of industry professionals over the years, and I can put together a crew for any project. I can meet in person in LA, or we can meet up through FaceTime or Zoom to get a project going and keep you updated.
Marie Brotnov - FluentForward Translations
17 years of experience as a Dutch-English editor and translator in the corporate, research and legal fields. I also have a network of colleagues I can call on for projects in different languages. Simply email me your documents and I’ll take it from there. I’m also happy to meet in person in Fresno, SF or LA, or in the Netherlands when I’m there.
